With WM’s recent acquisition of Stericycle and Shred-it (collectively, “Stericycle”), we have a tremendous opportunity to cross-sell complimentary solutions to our customers. We are actively working to create a structured approach to capture these opportunities. In the meantime, sales team members will undoubtedly identify cross-sell opportunities within their books of business and customer service needs on accounts that both WM and Stericycle serve. Until our commercial processes and technologies are integrated, WM team members should follow the process below to refer these opportunities to Stericycle.
For cross-sell opportunities, please complete the referral form on this page and a Stericycle team member will contact the customer. If there are special circumstances or relationships that require a co-selling approach, please specify this in the Comments field.
For customer service needs on accounts that both WM and Stericycle serve, please direct the customer to follow their existing process to contact the Stericycle Customer Experience team, as this is the most efficient way to resolve issues. If this has already occurred and escalation is required, the WM team member should complete the referral form on this page and a Stericycle team member will contact the customer.
